Is My Checking Information Secure? How Do You Keep Intruders Out?

In this day and age the "bad guys" are always looking for ways to steal information. At Green we take your information VERY SERIOUS.

First, we verify and screen callers and anyone sending email, or Chatting with us requesting information on any merchant account. We will not reveal or change information on your account without your expressed permission. We deny wives and husbands, family members, acquittances, and anyone else not listed as approved by you on your account.

Next, we use the latest in Security Technology to keep the bad guys out of our servers. To begin we use standard Encryption Technology, and carry industry SSL certificates for all of our systems. We hired SecuirityMetrics to further assist us in fighting hackers, and to make sure we remain compliant. They verify our security protocols on an ongoing basis.

On our login screen we utilize a pass phrase challenge technology, which is visual, to keep automatic systems from trying to get into your account. We allow only four attempts to access the account before we lock the account down.

On top of the standard and added security we do the following:

All check data from your customers is truncated (removed) in part every 30-days, leaving only the last few digits from the routing and account numbers as reference. This information is no longer stored so it cannot be grabbed by the bad guys. The only exception would be a recurring check, which would reset based on your request.

We also use Line by Line encryption in our coding. This further helps against decompiling and recompiling the system in an effort to learn our methods of programming. We have nearly 100,000,000 lines of code in our database, each with it's own unique encryption code. It would take hundreds of years with the best hackers on the planet to decompile our system.

If you have any suggestion on how we can further improve our security please feel free to let us know. We are always looking to improve our business.
