We do not issue refunds on returned checks, as we incur fees in processing the item to your financial institution.
On the rare occasion that a check does not clear your bank, and is returned you may notify us and we can reprocess the item free of charge (up to two additional times). However, if the item was returned for the following we will not reprocess.:
STOP PAYMENT
FRAUDULENT
CLOSED ACCOUNT
REFER TO MAKER
WARRANTY BREACH
If you reprocess the check without notifying us of the problem you will be charged for the new process, and there will be no refund issued. Our staff must reprocess the bad check for you to avoid the fee.
