There are two ways to Reset Your Password.

A. On the login screen there is a link that states "I forgot my Green By Phone Username or Password."
1) Click on the word PASSWORD.
2) Enter your Username.
3) Click on the RESET button.
4) A new system generated password will be sent to your email address on file.

B. Contact customer support and ask for a password reset.
